We are delighted to have you visit. To help us protect our animals, preserve their natural environment, and ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review our visitor guidelines.

Respecting Our Animals

  • Our big cats are very sensitive to noise. Please keep voices low and noise levels to a minimum so they can remain calm and comfortable.
  • For the health and safety of our animals, please do not feed any of the free-roaming animals on the property. 
  • Please respect the animals' space by not approaching fences, calling out to them, or encouraging them to come closer. This helps keep both visitors and animals safe.

While Exploring the Sanctuary

  • An adult must accompany children at all times.
  • For your safety, visitors may not walk around the property unaccompanied and should remain with their tour group or guide.
  • Please follow all sanctuary signage and instructions provided by your guide throughout your visit.

Helping Us Care for the Environment

  • Please help us keep the sanctuary clean by using the bins provided for all litter.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
  • No alcohol, food, or beverages may be brought onto the property.

Photography 

  • Feel free to capture memories of your visit and take personal photographs.
  • Commercial photography or filming requires prior permission from management.

Safety & Security

  • Firearms are strictly prohibited on the property and must be declared at the security gate.
  • Management reserves the right of admission to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and animals.
