Having Trouble Booking Your Tour?
Follow the step-by-step guide below
- Visit the LIONSROCK website: Navigate to Your Visit > Sanctuary Tours
- Choose your preferred tour: Browse the available experiences, including - Sanctuary Tour, Feeding Tour, Enrichment Tour, Tiger Valley Tour, Exclusive Sanctuary Tour, Walking and Tail Tours
- Click "Book Now": Select the tour you would like to join and click the Book Now button. This will open the online booking platform
- Select your date and time: Use the availability calendar to choose a suitable tour date and available time slot.
- Enter the number of guests: Select the number of adults and children attending the tour. Some tours also offer senior discounts
- Complete your booking details: Fill in the required contact information and review your booking selection.
- Make payment online: Follow the secure payment process to confirm your reservation. Once payment is successful, you will receive a booking confirmation.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your tour: On the day of your visit, check in at reception at least 30 minutes before the tour starts.
- Tip: Visitors are encouraged to pre-book their tours online to avoid disappointment.
